Is medicine ball good for you?

Just like everything else, different types of gym equipment come in and out of fashion, but most of them never stop being effective tools for improving your fitness.

One of them is medicine ball. Small, easy to store, made of firm rubber with the weight range from 2 to 40kg.

Medicine balls are particularly useful for explosive movements, and there’s no better exercise for relieving stress in the gym after a long day at work. There so many benefits of using medicine ball like improving your strength, endurance or balance but one of my favourite reasons why I’m using it all the time is the CORE (putting your body in an unstable position realy challenge your balance and strength core)
