People are now noticing your transformation and giving you compliments.  You can see changes in the mirror and may need a new wardrobe!

QUESTIONNAIRE

The results from the questionnaire will allow Us to tailor your personal training experience. Please note that this is a confidential service.

INTERNAL AND PHYSICAL ASSESSMENT

We will begin by looking at your health. We test your boddies current limits. This provides me with the data to fully understand and establish what exercises best suits you.

NUTRITION ASSESSMENT

We will work around your busy lifestyle. Your nutrition programme will be adapted constantly to take into account your progress.

AFTER ASSESSMENT

We move on to the fun part and start changing your life. You will get the STARTER PACKAGE from Us including water bottle, t-shirt, heart rate monitor (we need to decide which one??) and customized nutrition plan (anything else???)
